Ezra Eickmeyer is the founder, strategic advisor, and political director of Producers NW. The first Olympia lobbyist to represent Washington's cannabis industry, he brings 23 years of experience as a lobbyist, alongside his background as a serial entrepreneur, producer/processor licensee, business strategy consultant, and political strategist across multiple industries.

Brad Tower is founder of Tower Ltd. and serves as Producers NW's lead Olympia lobbyist. A second-generation government affairs professional with 23 years of contract lobbying experience, he has represented businesses across banking, healthcare, manufacturing, transportation, and agriculture before the Washington State Legislature and state agencies. He is a recipient of the Association of Washington Business's Ron Gjerde Award for outstanding contribution to the business community by a lobbyist.
